Thunder Breathing is a rare breathing method in Demon Slayer, but Zenitsu and Tengen have recently proven that it is one of the most potent.
The Hinokami Kagura, often known as Sun-Breathing, has been the focus of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba so far. The penultimate episode of the “Entertainment District” storyline, “Never Give Up,” serves as a reminder that thunder is nothing to be afraid of. Although Tengen Uzui’s sonic breathing is inspired by thunder breathing, Zenitsu Agatsuma is the only character in the series who uses thunder breathing. These two fearsome Demon Slayers returned to aid Tanjiro in his final battle against Gyutaro and Daki. They used their extremely powerful Breathing Styles to aid in the defeat of Gyutaro and Daki.
Thunder Breathing is one of Demon Slayers’ five basic breathing styles, and it is a technique in which speed is used to gain power. Tanjiro came close to decapitating Gyutaro by trickery, but his efforts would have been for naught if his friends hadn’t rallied behind him. The gang was worried by Gyutaro and Daki’s speed throughout the fight, but Zenitsu and Tengen both shown that they are in a class of their own when it comes to rapid, strong attacks.
Zenitsu launched Thunderclap and Flash
Zenitsu’s courage in the final battle of the “Entertainment District” storyline may owe him an apology from Demon Slayer fans. The Demon Slayer can irritate fans by continually screaming and whining, but “Never Give Up” shown that beneath his anxiousness and wrath resides a swordsman. Even as he writhed under Yoshiwara’s rubble, Zenitsu refused to give up, and Tanjiro faced Gyutaro alone. Zenitsu utilised Thunderclap and Flash: Godlike Speed to break out and intercept Daki before she could become involved in Tanjiro’s fight against Gyutaro.
Zenitsu was never able to accomplish the initial form of Thunder-Breathing, Thunderclap, and Flash, but it would be an understatement to say he refined it. Godlike Speed nearly decapitated Daki, and the force of the crash nearly tore Daki’s elastic belt’s neck. Zenitsu’s new technique is a game-changer, with blinding speed that even a High Rank can’t react to, even if it cripples him like Tanjiro’s Hinokami Kagura did.
Tengen perfects his musical score technique
Tengen’s Musical Score Technique allows him to transform his opponent’s attacks into a song with a predictable beat, allowing him to repel all of his opponent’s moves. Tengen was able to fight Gyutaro with one hand rather than two earlier. The Hashira and the High Rank clashed in a dramatic showdown of speed, with the two colliding across Yoshiwara. Despite taking a sickle of blood to the stomach and losing an eye in this final battle, Tengen’s sonic breathing skills overwhelmed Gyutaro to the point where Tanjiro was able to decapitate the High Rank.
