Spider Demon (son) (蜘く蛛も鬼おに「兄あに」 Kumo oni: Ani?) was a member of the spider family.
Appearance
The Spider Son Demon’s body takes the form of a giant spider possessing a human head, its face is similar to that of the Demon Mother and Big Sister, and has the same facial features of red dots, pure white skin, and short white hair like his “younger brother” Rui, except that his eyes possess dark red, almost black sclera, with deep blue irises and pupils.
Personality
The spider demon son is sadistic and cruel. In the spider demon mother flashbacks, he openly mocks the physical and verbal abuse she suffered from Rui and the spider demon father, while sarcastically calling them “mother” and “father”, which shows that likes to play the role of ‘family’.
Story
At one time, the Spider Demon Son became a demon and took refuge in Natagumo Mountain. When Rui arrived on the mountain, he chose the Spider Demon Son to be his big brother, having him modify his own body to fit.

As Zenitsu Agatsuma panicked at the sight of several humans transforming into spiders, the Demon Son of Spider descended from his house, causing the terrified Demon Slayer to flee. The Demon Son warns the young man that he had already lost, telling him to watch his hand. He noticed that the Demon Slayer had been bitten by a spider and poisoned, and would become a spider himself in half an hour. Pulling out a watch, the Demon Son explained to his opponent the various effects of the poison, as well as the times they would occur. Zenitsu panicked upon hearing this, running and climbing a tree, for which the Spider Demon both berated him and questioned his decisions. He continued to tell the young man that he had nothing to fear,
As Zenitsu continued to complain, the Demon Son was bewildered, and was also confused when the youth fainted and fell from the tree. However, the Demon Slayer quickly recovered and charged at the Son Demon, who spewed acidic venom at his attacker. Zenitsu dodged this mid-air attack, then landed on the ground, while the Spider Demon contemplated this new change of circumstance. He ordered his spider minions to attack Zenitsu as the young man prepared another attack, which was dodged, prompting the Demon Son to spit venom at the Demon Slayer again. Although this was also dodged, the demon brother confirmed that Zenitsu could only use one technique, causing him to gloat over his apparent victory.
The Spider Demon continued his assault with another spit of venom, this time managing to knock Zenitsu down, while his minions tackled the weakened youth. However, the youth prepared to resume his attack, while a startled Demon Son noticed that the air was shaking.
