I ordered the backpack- it was way smaller than expected. The straps are so short it can barely fit an adult. The Rengoku print is lopsided on the front zipper part of the book bag. If I didn’t have to pay for shipping TO freaking FRANCE to make this return, I would send it back in a heart beat. I never received my keychain either. I am waiting to hear back from customer service to see if it’s being sent separately. Either way, it’s not worth the price for such poor quality and you should look elsewhere for the same bookbag and it will be much cheaper.
